The most useful thing you can do early is photograph the damage properly and send it through. Good photos let us give you an initial view of the scope — whether this is a cosmetic repair, panel work, structural repair or a combination — before you have to drive anywhere. Once we have reviewed your photos, we will contact you, explain what we see, and let you know whether we can provide a preliminary estimate or whether the vehicle needs to come in for an in-person assessment before we can quote accurately.
