1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MRP Automotive Refinishing website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. MRP Automotive Refinishing operates from 3/43 Daintree Dr, Redland Bay QLD 4165.
2. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website is not a binding contract. All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change following physical inspection of the vehicle. A formal written quote will be provided before any work commences.
3. Repair Services
All repair work is carried out in accordance with Australian industry standards. Work will only begin after you have approved a written quote. Any additional damage discovered during the repair process will be communicated to you before additional work is undertaken.
4. Insurance Repairs
For insurance-authorised repairs, we work directly with your insurer. You remain responsible for any excess applicable under your policy. We do not guarantee approval of any claim by your insurer.
5. Completion Times
Estimated completion times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, additional damage discovered, or factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to estimated timeframes.
6. Payment
Full payment is required upon collection of your vehicle unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.
7. Warranty
Paintwork and panel repairs carried out by MRP Automotive Refinishing are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of collection. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, environmental factors or third-party interference after collection.
8. Vehicle Collection
You are responsible for collecting your vehicle within a reasonable time after being notified that repairs are complete. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left uncollected for extended periods.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL.
